Padstar Auto Parts Co., Ltd. Was built in 2001. The head quarter of the co***ny is located in Zhaoyuan city, a new industrial city in north China, which is 80 miles away from Yantai and 150 miles away from Qingdao.
Our co***ny has a fixed asset of RMB 18 million. Meanwhile, we have production workshop of 5500 square meters, warehouse of 3500 square meters and reserved development area 30000 square meters. Our co***ny also has an unit of equipment with annual output of 3 million sets of brake pads and 500KW electric power. The traffic is very convenient and the facilities is perfect.
Asbestos free type of disc brake pad is the main product of the co***ny. With the world-class of equipment, technology and formula specially introduced from North America. All equipment and technologies are accomplished automation of control, which ensure high efficiency of producing technology processes and high quality of products. Our co***ny set up and perfect a complete set of quality control system from materials entering the factory to products leaving the factory and strict product inspection system, keeping totally production processes in control and make full quality and regulation management through entire production processes. The subsidiary materials from USA and Canada, our co***ny produces 1 million sets per year. The formula of frction materials is developed and designed specially by Clark & Consulting co***ny for the Padstar. The friction materials of the co***ny have passed supervision & examination by China Non-metal Materials Supervision & Examination Center, and all guidelines are accorded with the requirements of GB5763-98, moreover, have passed the ***roit LINK Examination and VESC-3 Certificate in USA. The brake pads of heavy vehicles have passed R90 Certificate since June 2007 in Europe. Now the co***ny can produce different kinds of material such as semi-metallic, low-metallic, organic, ceramic disc brake pads from EE to GG grade. Our co***ny will supply products according to the demands of customers.
